So i was looking in my NVIDIA control panel, and in the 3D section you can choose a game or a program, and choose the standard settings,( Automatic selection NVIDIA gpu. ) or the powerfull NVIDIA CPU.. What does this mean? Which one do i need to use to get the most out of my laptop?

i5 6300HQ 3.2 GHz
GTX 950M 2GB
256GB SSD

Solution
For best performance you should choose Nvidia processor (950M in your case) .Usually you don't need set it, since it will auto select the optimal option for you (Nvidia gpu for games, the rest on iGPU). Second option is to run game/program on integrated graphics (Intel HD Graphics 530 in your case).

Thanks. Does this also depends if its a CPU intensive game? So for example, if i play DayZ i check the CPU one? i have been playing with the GPU one, and it was fine, but i was just wondering. Was a bit confused when i saw this. And yes, the integraded one sucks. :p

There is no CPU option, don't get confused. Nvidia processor stands for Nvidia GPU. There are 3 options, first - for discrete GPU(950M), second -for iGPU(HD 530), third - Auto Select between dGPU and iGPU (i would leave it on Auto).
