Please help finding a good quality Gaming keyboard in my budget.

So here is the back story: My old Saitek Cyborg keyboard, the original one, finally died after a long glorious life of 8+ years and I am having issues finding what I want in my budget that has good reviews so I am turning to the community to give some suggestions that will fit my needs. For over a month now I have scoured the net looking for a new one and every time I find one I like and the reviews are bad like the Steelseries Apex and Apex 350 keyboard. I really like it but most reviews on Newegg were bad.

Ok Fella's lets see if you know of something that will fit my needs.

Keyboard needs to have these features:
1. Multi-media controls especially volume control. Nothing like starting up a game after watching a video/movie and the 5.1 starts blasting and vibrating the walls and you need to ALT-Tab out to turn it down or wait till you can shut the game down because Alt-Tab is not supported

2. Back lighting. Color is not important just needs to be there to see keyboard at night while gaming.

3. Must and I can 't stress this enough must have a wrist rest. I have the Cyborg rest duck taped to a standard keyboard so the edge of the desk does not rub on my wrists. Kind painful after a while.

4. Must be good quality, not cheply built to break just after warranty expires.

As for the standard questions that will be asked: Budget $100 USD but prefer to stay near the $70 mark if possible.

Mechanical or Membrane? Either is fine just not mechanical speed. I'm a sloppy typist so I don't want to spend more time than I do now using the backspace button.

Was considering this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=23-828-013 but just one review for it so I'm cautious on buying it till I hear more.

Yeah, availability for the basic K70 has changed a lot on their lower end. I'd be willing to give that G.Skill keyboard you linked a shot. It has a lot more plastic than the K70 but overall it looks quality, I like the audio and USB pass-through ports.
I was looking at the K70's but they are about $20 out of my price range. Newegg had one on sale for $109 but it had the Cherry Speed switches so it wouldn't work for my lazy/crazy typing style I have.

Any other suggestions for good known ones?
