So as hard as it seems..I am moving away from AMD and unto Intel, for the better and I'm trying to keep a budget of at least $850 and below, I'm keeping my original computer case and Hard Drive so that helped me with the cost but I was wondering, if this a decent enough build? I'm only going for a gaming setup, but I do record occasional YouTube videos.

Given what the main focus of the system is, I think you'd be much better off forgoing the unlocked CPU, Z-board and expensive cooler and just get a locked i7.

A locked i7 is still a fantastic and capable gaming chip (if that's a concern for you), but would be much much more suited to editing and heavy multitasking.
