Motherboard: Asrock Z97 killer E2200
Processor: Intel core I5-4590 CPU 3.30Ghz
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 4Gb DDR3 1600 MHz CL9 XMP Performance Desktop Memory Kit - Black (x4)

A couple weeks ago I turned my PC on and got three long beeps, pause, three long beeps and so on until my PC decides to reboot and it starts over again. No signal is sent to the screen and it doesn't reach bios screen. After switching out the Ram and finding that one of the stick doesn't work I sent them back under warranty. While I waited for my replacement I used some old sticks I had which worked fine. I got my replacements (This time 4 sticks of 4gb) and they all worked fine. Today the same three long beeps and restart happened again. I went through what I did last time and found that one of the new sticks isn't working again. 3 still work but one doesn't work in any slot or in any order. I find it difficult to believe that I keep getting sent faulty ram? Could my motherboard be damaging the ram?
