I currently have a GTX 750 Ti, i3 4170 and 8 GB of the cheapest ram at 1600MHz and i want to upgrade to a GTX 1060, a couple CPU options and 16GB of RAM but im not sure if i should get an i5 4460 for 152€ or get the ram later and buy an i5 4590 for 180€ or i5 4690 for 195€, i only have two RAM slots and both with 4GB sticks so a ram upgrade to 16GB would cost around 90€
