I've got an AMD athlon x4 860k with the stock fan. I don't plan on overclocking with this POS, but i don't want to buy a CPU cooler if my wattage won't allow for an overclock anyway.
here's my stuff.

gigabyte gtx 960 OC
8GB RAM
Asrock fm2a88x pro3+
500W 80+ bronze non modular PSU
PC part picker says i'm sucking about 344 watts with this setup. If i got a decent cooler (i was looking at the gammax 400) would my power supply be good for enough for an OC? i'm pretty sure my whole system is getting held back by this CPU, so an overclock would be great.
Also if the cooler i had in mind sucks, please point me towards another one with blue LED's, or just a blue fan even. Thanks in advance.
