I was messing with my computer and I accidentally disconnected the SSD and booted up the computer. It didn't recognized the ssd (obviously) so I connected again. After that Windows is not recognizing the SSD as a bootable device although is showing it in the BIOS. I tried disconnecting the HDD, installing windows again and nothing seems to work. One strange thing is that when I connect the USB with windows in it, it recognizes the SSD as a bootable device, it begins to start windows and then it goes to the installation screen.

I'm running Windows 10, the motherboard is an MSI M7 Gaming. It was working fine previously booting from the SSD and the HDD is used as a secondary storage.

I hope you can help me.

Solution
Odd.

Since you already tried installing Windows again, I would first do a secure erase on the SSD and do a clean install on the SSD with the HDD *not* connected.

If you don't have a drive tool to do that, you can use parted magic from HERE.
