Why is my firefox browser only loading the internet pages half the time?

I was useing my steam browser before i noticed my firefox browser was doing the same thing. They both are loading pages with broken images and txt or just txt and then sometimes not at all.

I'm not 100 percent i fixed it but i'll try this along with some other stuff. At times i couldnt even load toms hardware and some times it wouldnt let me reply correctly. I dont understand tho why my steam browser and my firefox browser would be doing the same things.

I am not sure now but either before or after i started haveing the issues with the browsers there was a few trojans my microsoft security found. I then ran malware bytes cause the browsers were sill messed up. As of right now they are fine but i dont know if i fixed it or what really caused it to happen.
