Ever since I upgraded my build with my new parts I've been getting a problem where all my fans and motherboard lights are working but my monitor doesn't turn on and my keyboard lights for a second but turns off. I tried everything to this solution but nothing worked. I could breadboard it but my case speaker that I ordered has yet to come. At first I thought the problem was static from the motherboard touching the case so I got standoffs but that didn't change anything. Now today I turned my PC on and turned it upright which just caused everything to shut down. This would happen Everytime I turned it upright. I'm pretty sure it's static but I can't tell. I've never encountered a problem this bad before. Any and all help is appreciated.
