Blue crash screen and splash screen freeze

So I recently followed a tutorial on YouTube on how to remove the splash screen at startup ...went to restart my computer no splash screen and bam blue crash screen
I tried doing a system restore and image restore to a good known point in time ...so now it freezes during the splash screen and blue crash screen appears
I can't get to my desktop and like to return it to the way it came any suggestions

What info would be needed from blue crash screen

It's the original Intel motherboard not sure where a serial number is at
i5 2500 cpu
8g of ram
Gtx 670 windforce
Windows 7 pro
Cool master case
Corsair 600w power supply

Hey there, Aram928.

If I were you, I'd try out the suggestions from this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17101/windows-7-system-recovery-options. Unfortunately, if the OS is messed up beyond repair, you might have to make a fresh install. I know this is not what you're looking for as an end result, so hopefully one of the other options proves useful.

Hey boogieman thx for the reply I'll try those options but really a fresh install is something I'd rather do
I just built this comp a couple days ago with a fresh install so i wouldn't be really losing anything

Well, if this is the case, then just go for it. At least you know that its an OS related problem and this should fix everything.
