Will I notice the difference if I upgrade from a 24 inch monitor to a 28 inch monitor?

I currently game on a Benq monitor(24 inch, 2ms response time, 1920x1080), but I want to upgrade to an Asus monitor (28 inch, 1ms response time, 3840x2160). My only worry is that in the past when I have played on bigger screens (35 inch +), I have noticed significant amounts of input lag (where I move my mouse or controller but the action in game feels delayed), and Im wondering whether I would feel this same lag upgrading to a 28 inch monitor? Thank you

It depends on the monitor. I would first see the monitor in reality to see if it suits the needs you have. After all chosing a monitor is something important because you are going to spend a lot of time staring at it. So get something comfortable and try as many models as you have opportunity.
