Solution
Power supply is the culprit. Not only that model, but that brand as a whole is listed as Tier 5 in the Tom's Hardware PSU Tier List.

Tier 5 is defined as Avoid IMMEDIATELY. These units are highly unsafe to use. No such protections added, very thin gauge wiring used, false advertising and too much to list. Reference to a higher tiered unit for a better, money saving and a much safer unit. For your safety's sake, please don't order or pick one up for use in your system. These units are a potential fire hazard and could even kill you, let alone your system.

For your system, I'd recommend the Seasonic M12ii 520W Bronze power supply. However, the 620W version of that power supply is currently on sale for even less...
Is there a pattern to when it locks up?

Does it lock up at seemingly random times or does it only do it when you're doing specific activities?

Symptoms of a faulty power supply: system hangs, system shuts down unexpectedly, system behaves erratically, fans make a whining sound, etc.

Symptoms of something overheating: slow computer, system hangs at times of high usage, system behaves erratically, fans are very loud, excessive heat is coming from the machine, system shuts down unexpectedly, etc.

This goes completely random, like I am using Adobe premier and getting the output, the PC gets hang. Recently it started shutting down, I am working and it automatically gets restart.

Don't know what is happening,

@helpstar, I understand that you wish to help OP get his machine running correctly. I also understand that high quality power supplies are expensive. However, I think that OP would be better off to replace the power supply with a higher quality unit rather than to play with settings in BIOS.

At this point, I'd recommend unplugging the system and keeping it that way until the new power supply is installed and ready to go. Since we know the power supply is having problems, I don't think it's a good idea to keep using this system right now. The last thing we want is for the power supply to take a crap all over the motherboard and video card.
