If you don't like watercooling, why are you getting a hybrid water cooled GPU?
Any reason why you need a $600 motherboard?
64gb of memory is pretty absurd. I see you're looking to run virtual machines and do a lot of editing, but even then you're really into overkill territory unless you're basically running a server.
1000w PSU is overkill for this rig, even if it was dual GPU.

And no, you don't need ram cooling.

Their no reason to buy memory cooling since DDR3 memory came out you don't even need memory with heatsinks on them.
For your build I would stay away from the tall heatsinks on that memory using that CPU cooler.
Your spending double on the board more thsn I would and their no reason to get the 6850 processor over the 6800K.
The 750 watt version of that power supply would also work just fine.
The artic paste is 6.64 of wasted money what comes with the cooler iis just fine.

Thanks Updated GPU Was Wondering what that extra part was for.

I have the 2 different series Rampage formulas just familiar with them and never had a problem the last one cost $300 so was shocked by the price value. Any suggestion I would consider it, but I like them. Sound Quality is awesome for what I do without purchasing additional sound card the other MB just uses Realtek audio.

If I have 3 Virtual Machine running I do tech support so I just load up an OS when needed, plus whatever else I'm doing I get tired of seeing Ram Overload blue screen with 16gbs. Plus Im lazy I tend not to close anything until the system says running low on resources. I can try 32 missed the days when 4gb or 8gb was max.

Dual GPU was coming in January to save the extra 700, so I just like to be ready for whaterever i can change to the 850 and update prices.

There want be a problem with OC the RAM without a HeatSink?

Absolutely correct about the CPU
