My 780ti, even though it is a couple gens old, is still a pretty solid performer. Power hungry as can be, but still a good performer. It isn't really all that far behind a GTX 1060 3gb, performance wise. Mine is the classified model, so it is clocked higher. The 1070 is a fair amount faster, than a 1060. The GTX 1080, now that would be overkill, for a 1080p gaming rig.
For start, if the usage is only for gaming/photoshop, the i7 is a waste of money, mainly because PS isn't a high CPU intensive program. The important thing for PS is the RAM and the fast storage which provides that EVO 500GB.

So, said that, you can save some bucks picking an i5 6600k and you'll be able to OC it in the future with the RAM.

For gaming, the i5 which i mentioned will do the job plenty fine, and the GTX 1060 (assuming you're going to play @ 1080p 60fps) will do the job.

Hope i can help, Saludos!

Looks good.
If anything, I would use WD for storage, they seem to be more reliable.
Which to use?
Here is a nice article on the WD rainbow:

14nm skylake runs cool. Probably no need to upgrade the free cooler.

I do believe it will go together fine, but you have the budget to get a better GPU.

1070 is quite a big jump...almost 200 euros...and i probably wont be going higher than 1080 for a while...was thinking in spending that extra cash on a new keyboard and mouse....or a new graphic tablet....was thinking wireless....any suggestions.....!?!?

Buying more of a video card than you need is iffy. Yes it will be longer before you need to upgrade but at the added cost. As fast as tech changes it can be better not to spend the extra and in a couple years sell your card and buy the latest cards out.
