Was looking at building at a computer and just wanted a second opinion to make sure I didn't miss anything possibly important.

should be fine, though the 650W is probably a bit overkill. with the low overall energy output, you could get away with a 430-500W PSU just fine

this is the B1 series
B1 was no good.

good EVGA Series are B2, GS, G2, P2
depending on the pricing GQ is fine

Switched out SSD for a slightly better one (with extra 10GB).

Replaced Gigabyte's GPU with MSI version. MSI cards run cooler than Gigabyte's and aesthetically MSI card fits betterly with MSI MoBo.

And lastly, put in a great Tier two PSU (80+ Bronze, fully wired)
