A Windows 7 install disc doesn't have all the drivers your system needs, so that's not the answer to your driver problems.
You have to download the missing drivers from your PC or motherboard manufacturer's website, depending on whether your PC is factory built or custom/home built.

Is this a clean install of Windows? How do you know you are missing 24 drivers? If you have a valid authorization code (key) for Windows, you can download Windows 7 from Microsoft and put it on a DVD or USB flash drive and install Windows. Windows will then have installed basic drivers to let you connect to the internet, use your mouse, keyboard, etc. so as Phillip says, allow you to get the specific drivers you need from the manufacturers.
