Hello everyone,
I have very Confusing Questions that I don't even know what to ASK!!
First of all, i have Dell laptop 5537 inspiron i5
when i open Dxdiag, it shows in " Display" tab that i got 2160Mb total Memory
although, in Render tab, the Total Memory is 5055
now, when i Open " Adapter properties" it shows that my total memory is 2176Mb
and " Dedicated memory is 128Mband shared memory is 2048
now, the question is...where is the 5055Mb of AMD Radeon GPU Memory???
why can't i see it in the Adapter Properties??? Does the 5055Mb total memory in "Render" tab and 2160Mb in "Display" tab mean that I got Over 7000Mb of Graphic card Memory???
how to switch from intel 2GB to AMD 5GB memory and see that i got in Adapter Properties 5GB of Graphic memory?
i kinda want to sell my laptop but this confusion doesn't allow me to understand what exactly i'm selling here...please help!!

EDIT!!! here are some of my PC details, i got them from " http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/ " but of course i still got no answer for my questions through these.

Solution
I can't see that site at work, but don't worry about this.

You have 128 MB of dedicated video memory (taken from system RAM) and another 2GB of also shared video RAM that can taken from system RAM if needed.

As you can see from this image from a review of your laptop, your video chip has a grand total of 0 MB real video memory.

Just list the graphics as Intel HD Graphics 4400 and forget about listing memory for it.

hello,
thanks for your reply
i'm still a bit confused , does that mean i don't have dedicated AMD graphic card in my laptop?
if no, why it shows that i got 5G of AMD memory, if " YES " then why you said it's only 128mb?
one last question..why BEFORE i updated my Win 10 to its latest update, i had 3G of graphic memory shown in the " Display" tab in dxdiag and also shown in the " adapter Properties", while after updating to lastest win 10 builed, it dropped down to 2G???
sorry i'm just too noob in things like this...

Well, as I said I can't see your linked pictures so don't know what it shows you or what you are looking at. You bought the laptop though, you don't know if it came with a dedicated video card or not? Did you check on Dell's support site for your service tag and see what is listed there?

According to the specs for the Inspiron 15R 5537 the video is listed as the onboard Intel, but of course different markets and models may have something else. https://www.cnet.com/products/dell-inspiron-15r-5537-15-6-core-i5-4200u-6-gb-ram-500-gb-hdd/specs/
