CPU load temps getting higher over the last week

Hello people,

I delidded my i5 4690k, stuck a Kraken x61 onto it bare-die with noctua NT-H1 thermal paste.

When I first mounted the CPU cooler I was getting load temps of 70-72celcius with an OC of 4.8GHz on 1.47v. 4.4GHz cache on 1.35v.

I have since learnt that my OC was unstable due to cache multiplier being too high so I lowered it, I also read that >1.4v was not good for haswell and am now running 4.7GHz on 1.40v. 4.0GHz cache on 1.22v

I haven't played with it further yet but imagine I can lower voltage somewhat further on the core whilst maintaining stability.

Anyway, after lowering voltage on core and lowering cache multiplier/voltage, temps were about 70-73c

over the past 4 days temps have been getting worse, currently load temps are reaching 79-82c

there is no dust build up as far as I'm aware, the fans are still spinning at the same speed, the CPU waterblock is firmly attached to the CPU, the pump speed is on max, room temps have remained within 3 celcius.

I added more fans to the radiator through my PWM hub, kraken x61 is now running in push pull, temps have gotten worse if anything. The only other thing that has changed is I bought a dehumidifier to remove the damp from my room.

Could something as simple as moving the PC cause this?

Does anyone have any ideas as to why temps are gradually getting worse?

Ambient temperature is generally the biggest variable, 1.35 is high for a haswell though, i can get stable 4.7 on my 4690 at 1.270v and thats on a 92mm air cooler, temps never exceed around 65c even after a long stress test
