upgrade soon? if not, how much longer can i wait?

Like the title saids. Had this build for 2 years now, and wondering how much longer i would need to wait? Part list is down below.
If upgrading, thinking about switching out my processor for a 4590 or skylake and my card to a 1060 or 480. Feel free to leave any suggestions.

More about upgrade longer wait
  1. swapping out the cpu from AMD to Intel would require a new MB. Your current setup is still worth keeping. Why not just upgrade the GPU?

Yea, ik i would have to get a new mobo. But i heard that my cpu bottlenecks the new gpu's.

Most people have a bottleneck somewhere. The fact is that games are much more dependent on a strong GPU, so a new GPU would give you more of a boost than a newer CPU. Stat with a new GPU - since you're wanting one anyway. If you still think you need more, then get a new MB and CPU too.

It does bottleneck them, but only under heavy games is it even moderately noticeable. The GTX 1060 is a good option with the FX-8320 and is cheaper (and better) than the RX 480.
