which external optical drive shoul i use to install windows on a brand new pc

so im building A new pc and my case doesnt have a slot for optical drives. I was wondering which external optical drive i should get so that windows can install onto my computer.

As the other person said, you can install windows on a usb and get the windows installer from her. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool . If on an optical drive, the most popular one that is bought is the Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer. I own one and I can honestly say that it is very reliable when it comes to the general burning and reading disks.
