I currently have an i5 4460 and an Asrock z97x killer motherboard. I was wondering if it would be better to upgrade to the i7 4790k, or upgrade to the i5 6600k and get a new motherboard and ram. I pretty much only use my PC for gaming, but i noticed how often my cpu goes to 100% utilization and how much my games suffer because of it. I have an nvidia geforce gtx 1070.
