Solution
The DOS version of the software does require you to create a bootable flash drive or CD, @naaah!
As I already mentioned there should be detailed step-by-step instructions on your hard drive manufacturer's official website's knowledge base.
When you connect the HDD to the other PC, make sure you still have that PC's booting HDD inside as well. This will allow you to boot into Windows and check your hard drive's status in the other system. Do not unplug the system drive, there should be enough SATA slots available on the motherboard for you to plug your hard drive next to the other.

However, I'm starting to suspect that your HDD might has failed. :( So I'd strongly recommend you check its warranty through the manufacturer's customer...
Welcome to the community, @naaah!

You have done a great job with the troubleshooting so far! I'd now recommend you check how the HDD is going to get recognized in another PC if you have access to one. It will help us determine what might be the source of the issue. Another way to troubleshoot it would be to use a docking station/external enclosure (with an AC adapter) to try and get the drive recognized via USB. Are you able to see the drive in the devices in Device Manager as well? Posting some screenshots from Disk Management would be really helpful.

Let me know how it goes.

i try to use sata converter to usb
my hdd make a sound like booting again and again
and suddenly all shortcut that connect to my hdd doesn't show the image. my computer doesn't detect it.

after that i try to connect hdd normaly again and shortcut image show up again then i try open it hope with that i can see the problem
and this text pop up

"The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'appname.ink' refers to is unavailable.make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, then try again."

Hey there again, @naaah!

I'd again recommend you find another PC to test the HDD there as well and see if you will be able to get it recognized in the system. When expand the Disk drives in Device Manager, do you see the SATA drive listed there?
It's also possible that the hard drive has failed, especially if you are unable to see it in the HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool. You could try using a DOS version of the software and run the diagnostics without booting into Windows OS.
If you are using a SATA-to-USB converter you will need an additional power supply in order to get a 3.5" desktop drive properly detected by the system. The USB hub alone is not enough to supply the drive with power. When you connect drive externally, are you able to see it in Disk Management then?

Keep me posted with the troubleshooting!

i tried connect drive externally but it doesn't appear, already give additional power supply,
i don't get it what mean dos version of software??? can you explain? thanks

any way after i try usb-sata bios can't detect it

Yes, of course, @naaah!
Since you are unable to detect it via the SATA-to-USB connecter, you should probably connect it to the mobo again, but first you need to make a bootable image drive with your HDD manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic tool for DOS. You should be able to find the download file, together with the instructions on how to use it, on their official website. Make sure you look for that in their Knowledge base. The DOS version of the software allows you to test the hard drive without booting into Windows and determine its health and SMART status. Make sure you run both the Short & the Long tests.

Hope this works. Keep me posted!

i already plug system hdd at other computer together with my secondary hdd.
failed that mean i lost my all data right :( ?
its warranty already expired i think .

thank you very much for your help
for the last, sorry for bad english

Did you try to run the diagnostic test utility from your HDD manufacturer on the other computer?
If it does fail the tests, then I'm afraid the drive is faulty. In case the data is so important to you, maybe you should consider contacting a professional data recovery company for assistance. They would be your best bet on retrieving your files.

Best of luck! I hope I was helpful, indeed.
