I've had my 780ti for about a year now and I've been trying to make it cooler and quiter since I've got it and nothing works it runs at around 87 with 100 fan speed and it sounds like an airplane I've been thinking about getting another 780ti and sli them but with the Temps one 780ti runs at 2 wouod probably be horrible...thanks

87C is not an unhear of temperature for a 780Ti albeit maybe a bit on the higher side with those fan speeds. We will need more information though around what make the card is, is this a blower style fan, are these temps during idle or during heavy load, whats your case setup like and most importantly your ambient temps.

I don't think you should be overly concerned with these temps. 87C while maybe a bit on the higher end is definitely within spec. If you feel uncomfortable you can set temperature targets in whatever gpu utility you are using (ex. evga precision etc). I run 780Tis in SLI myself and have them set to run at a max of 82C
