No idea why and that's why I'm here, I'm not using anywhere near the 16GB ram that I have installed, I noticed this when a game I was playing started stuttering every 20 seconds or so then noticed all processes were happening super slow sure enough checked task manager ram usage maxed out at 99%.

Btw I have already tried disabling the NDU you service this did not fix the problem, this system immediately begins chugging 99% of the ram upon start up, without me even opening a program.
