Solution
2nd build for solid performance pairing with the 750Ti and still have an upgrade path available in the future.

1st build while having more CPU performance initially, but such advantage wouldn't show in gaming with just a lowly GTX750 Ti. By the time you can/want to upgrade the graphic card, the FX8350 on socket AM3+ would be at a dead end, while the LGA1151 i3-6100 can still be upgrade to i5/7 of either Skylake or upcoming KabyLake or the future CannonLake.

I'd say go for The Intel i3 6100. It's better up than the Fx 8350 With Directx 12 too Not most games use all cores for now may be in future they'll be coded to do so.

AND HEY AMD ZEN SERIES IS JUST A YEAR FAR AND IT'S GOING TO SUPPORT DDR4.
