Need a budget heatsink for amd a10 7850k

Hi all , i have amd a10 7850k and my stock heatsink is dying and yesterday my cpu temperature was 102c now m not using it at all can i go for cooler master hyper 103 , cpu fan was very noisy..
Need a budget cooler in which i can play games at low settings temp should not go more than 55-66
Can i choose hyper 103
Please help Asap

I just installed that [strike](hyper 103)[/strike] (TX3 *update) cooler to my nephews FX 8150. his CPU is a 125W model, yours is 95W.
the tx3 doesn't cool as well as the 103 so I'm sure the 103 will be fine
I have the 212 evo on my 955 Black (125W) and couldn't be happier.

Problem for me my cabinet is small so i've installed hyper 103 , now i'm bit confused because of temperature , bios shows me 58c temperature and cpu core shows 35c and CPUID Moniter shows 80C , i can feel the difference in regards of nois amd heatsink used to make hell lot of noise now cooler master is okay no noise so far ...please help me
