Anyone help me plzz. I'm using dell laptop and recently I changed my windows again to Windows7 ultimate(before also used the same) as some windows files were deleted due to some reason.now after installing the same I can't play any games. If I install something like blur it shows that error but nothing.in assassin creed 3 it shows that ac3sp. exe has stopped working. I'm having Intel hd 3000 and 32bit os with 4gb ram. And moreover after changing windows if I see the properties of video card it showings n/a or unknown. Moreover if I goes to games like chess titans it shows messages that hardware acceleration is disabled or it is not supported by your video card and the game is now very slow. So now can't play anything. So someone help me. Not very expensive way

I found the problem that due to standard vga graphics adapter as it is showing "device cannot start code 10" and if I update it's showing it is up to date what to do now is there any free driver tool software

Go Dell support site, search for your model by the service tag, download drivers from there.

Why worry about things that have not happened yet, if drivers don't fix it, then we start at that point with new details about the issue.

You got the driver from Dell? Did you also install the Chipset and other drivers for the system including the Intel video?

Laptops with multiple video cards can have issues once you start to mess with them unless you do a factory restore using the recovery media.

Does the laptop have Windows 7 drivers on Dell's support site?

I found that default video driver and but it's not supporting(blue screens) I want to make Intel as my default. But I saw in net it requires Intel graphics control panel, at present it is not here.I also saw that it can switched through and catalyst but it is not opening for me. So better I think according to you, factory reset.did it will set my Intel hd 3000 as default? If yes means say how to do factory reset bro

Yes you need an internet connection to download the drivers, either on this computer or another and copy the files over.

You first need to sort out some basics here about what Windows was on the system and what drivers are available for the model, your posts just get a bit more confusing about what is going on as we go. You may just want to find a friend or relative that knows about computers to help you sort this out.

Don't use driver install tools. They often only check for drivers needed, then charge you money, or have issues with adware. Sometimes they are not very accurate at detecting too.

It's pretty easy just to go to the website of your device and DL the driver after inputting your system spec.

Thanks for everyone . Finally i got the answer . i installed display driver uninstaller and uninstalled display driver completely and after i installed int freshly . my problem's now solved!!!!

DDU is raved about by a lot of people, but I really don't get why. If you really feel you need an uninstall tool for your display driver, the old Driver Sweeper build 3.2 is MUCH more thorough at removing the driver. You can run an Analyse scan with DS after using DDU, and you'll see lots of bits DDU left behind. If you don't believe me, try it yourself.
