windows 8 safe mode black screen loop with msconfig

So, basically, my boot options were "Safe boost" - enabled and I set it to network. And now everytime I try to turn on pc, screen is just black all the time, no logo, nu cursor, nothing.

I tried pressing shift + f8 (multiple times), holding shift + f8(multiple times), changing monitor.

Anyone? Screen also says: "no video input" and "entering sleep mode" Now here's the thing - I've been trying to take graphics card out, but it won't come out because the "gigabyte ga-h81m-s2pv" has these pci-express socket holder things on the end, when you try to push them down (which should unplug/release the graphics card) nothing happens, they are stuck. I've also unscrewed that graphics card screw.
