So I am strictly a pc gamer, however I really want to get forza horizon 3, which is for consoles only except on xbox wire. My questions are, how does xbox wire work, how well does it work and do I need windows 10 with the anniversary update?

xbox wire?

The game is just listed in the Windows Store app you buy it and install it from there. Yes you need the anniversary update to install it.
