The Lian-Li PC-O8WX

The 360 is for the monoblock, and the the 240/120 has a 120 between GPUs and then the 240->RES and back again.....

EDIT:

Forgot to mention: As below said, no, not necessary.....it just looked nice.

I cool a similar setup with 2 x 360's.....although there are two loops, one for the mono-block and one for the two GPUs.

It will probably come down to just how far you want to be able to push the setup, but would think that more than 360mm of RAD would be necessary.

Dual 360mm radiators will work fin for that build. There is no need for dual loops, your water temp will stabilize to a temp after a hour or so of gaming. I would also only watercool your motherboard if they make a full cover block for it. if not its not worth the hassle to fit universal blocks to it.

I ran a 3 loop system for a while on my build till I switched to a single loop.
1 loop cpu i7 950 @ 4.9ghz
1 loop dual 580's @ 1000mhz
1 loop MB Asus rampage 3 extreme

after switching to a single loop my temps went up a few degrees. It also saved me a lot of tubing and having to run 3 pumps with res.
