What is the best Haswell i5 processor I can buy for gaming?

I've built this PC before just to play Dota 2, CSGO and Battlefield 3.

Now I am planning to play Battlefield 1 on preferably high settings with 1080p resolution and hopefully get at least 50 fps in multiplayer.

I would like to upgrade my CPU and hopefully that will help me attain my desired fps. I can only upgrade the CPU due to budget restriction.

I will not overclock as my motherboard is not capable of doing so as well.

What will be the best i5 Haswell CPU I could get now and will it really be worth it?

Id think you'd be better off spending the 200$+ on a gtx 1060 or rx 480 though. id think the i3 might bottleneck a bit but i think you'd get more frames in with the better gpu

although the min sys requirements are saying i5 6600k? that seems a little high... potentially a dual core i3 would heavily bottleneck it?
