I recently bought this RAM :

https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-3000MHz-PC4-24000-Memory/dp/B0134EW7G8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1475689906&sr=8-1&keywords=DDR4+3000MHZ

Now I am looking at this RAM:

https://www.amazon.com/G-Skill-Ripjaws-Channel-3000MHz-F4-3000C15D-16GVR/dp/B013J7L6BM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1475690384&sr=8-2&keywords=DDR4+16GB+3000mhz

Both have a frequency of 3000MHz

however

the Corsair has this timing : 15-17-17-35

G.SKILL has this timing : 15-15-15-35

Should I send the Corsair back and get the G.SKILL ? is the difference worth it ?

Solution
The Speed (3000mhz) and CAS Latency (15) which is the same on both is all that truly matters in performance. There is no reason to exchange them, unless there is a compatibility issue their performance should be virtually identical.
