Pc completely black after i acctidentally turned it of during installation of gpu drivers

I accidentally turned of my computer when it was installing new gpu drivers. And now when i turn it on windows boots up and then the sceeen just turns black. The computer is about 8 months old and is running on windows 10.

What is your CPU? If you have one with integrated graphics go into your BIOS and switch over to it as your primary GPU. Boot to windows and then clean out the video card drivers using DDU. Then switch back over to your graphics card and reinstall.

I have a intel core i5 4460. But when i try to access the BIOS I can see my mouse pointer for a second, and then the screens just goes black.

What is your full system spec?

Try pulling the GPU and see if you can then enter the BIOS. Without a dedicated GPU in the slot it should default to the CPU's integrated graphics.
