Sound card isn't really necessary. Evga 500b, in a $3k build? That is not a very good unit, to begin with, much less in this type of rig. 212 evo isn't really that great, for an i7, either. 10 pro is also not necessary. Streaming and playing, you might want to step up to a 6800k based build, instead.

Definitely need a better cooler than a 212 EVO, especially if you're looking to overclock. Not sure why you'd go with Windows 10 PRO when you won't get any advantage out of it. Sound card isn't needed unless you're doing really high end audio work. Threw in a better PSU, doubled the SSD storage space, and a much better cooler, all for less money

Also windows 10 because I want to get used to the new OS, everyone implanting it. My school, work and I am just a noob using it.Thanks on the ps advice
