So I have a MSI 770-C45 motherboard and all of the sudden I realized I cannot interact with the BIOS screen.
If I use a working keyboard with the PS/2 port, it seems to completely ignore it.
If I use a working USB keyboard, no matter what port, it seems to recognize since it says on the startup BIOS screen:
USB Devices: 1 Keyboard.
That's just great, but still, I cannot use it! It doesn't make any difference, it does nothing no matter what keys I press.
Problem is, I had to reconnect a RAM stick and now, the BIOS is asking me to press F1 to 'run Setup' and F2 to 'load default values', and obviously I cannot do any of those, and it won't do anything else, I cannot boot Windows because the BIOS is expecting me to press something!
I already tried cleaning the BIOS with the pin on the motherboard, same result, still asking me to press a key.
This is stupid, seriously. Is there any way I can boot this thing now?
