Hello guys,
I'm trying to play witcher 3 at its best but seems like the pc wont let me, it wont get higher than 30, and when its 30 its rare, at high setting, even at low it barely stays at 30, its kind of frustrating knowing that you have the specs for high gaming but when you test it practicaly it disapoint tragically.
And witcher 3 isnt the only game with this problem. And its working on windows 7 utimate btw
