When i use CPU-Z stress test, my i7 6700k goes to 100% Utilisation, and ill get a score of 8500+ but it will then continues to drop from 100 to 90 then to 80 until it reaches 40 and stays at 40% utilisation. I also ran a Passmark performence test and getting low Prime numbers scores of 20 and physics score of 450. I also ran a geekbench 4 cpu test and got 13900, where others get 16-17000 on stock speed, but on aida64 im geting perfect benchmarks scores, also with cinebench with a score of 860. Can any one help me? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If i stop and restart the benchmark it will stay at 40% utilisation until i close and restart CPU-Z then it will go back to 100% and then start to drop all over again.
