Power Supply Overdraw?

What would happen if I overdraw my PSU? More of a curiosity question....
I know my build is solid, I went way overboard on it.

Well you should trigger OCP (over current protection), then the psu will just shut itself off. Have you managed to get that cpu stable? I know it can have some issues.

Your voltage will drop maybe to the point the system cuts out - you will fry components on your board or - you may have a nice fire to warm your hands on lol.

Stable at 5.0GHz. Not taking it any higher as the max temps it can handle are only around 57°C. Right now I'm at 43°C idle and 51°C under load.

I don't think the application you're using is reporting temperatures right.. that CPU normally runs WAY hotter, even with liquid cooling.

I'm using CPU-Z and HWInfo. Both say the same.

I should probably mention that my ambient temps are around 15°C.
