For the life of me I can't figure out why I can't do anything with 750GB of a 3TB hard drive I have. It contains my documents, music, etc. I just did a clean windows 10 install which fixed a couple other issues I have but I cannot change drive letters, create a new volume, or do anything with the portion of the hard drive that is unallocated and I DON'T want to lose anything from it.

Any ideas why this would be? I've attached a screenshot.

Always, always, always...before messing with partitions on a drive....copy any critical data to a different physical drive.
If it is that important, you need to do this.
And if it is that important, you need a second copy anyway.

If you do not have a physical drive to copy it to, go buy one.

3 TB drive... isn't really 3 TB... that is the correct remainder after partitioning 2 TB.

The drive needs to be reformatted to GPT.

Is it possible to do this without losing all my data on the hard drive? I've tried to do something with just the unallocated portion but nothing is an option to select. All the options are greyed out or unavailable.
