What is the best GPU For me

I will buy New GPU tomorrow And i still confused .. I play on 1080P my monitor 60 HTZ with Freesync Range 48 to 72 .. i really dont like to see stuttering on my monitor .
So I am confused What should I buy i have only 250$ i can buy from Amazon only .

My PC

processor I5 4440
GTX 780 3gb ( Sold )
8 GB ram
Monitor Samsung S24F350FHM 24 Inch

I like either RX480 4GBs on the list. Price/performance is best.

If you want a dual gpu upgrade path, this is available thru crossfire with the rx470/480.

Future/new games which use Windows 10 and dx12 work better with the rx470/480.

I should probably explain why ; basically AMD went a few years into the future and made their card "DX12 ready" and all this crud. The 1060 will perform better as it has less VRAM (6 GB) but more power under the hood to back it up. I think it beats the RX 480 8 GB models still even

But my question is ; are they used mainstream? Will a large portion of anticipated titles use it? It was a while ago that I read this but I think most agree that DX12 won't see mainstream use by many developers for a while I could be wrong.

DX11 will eventually die just as DX9 did before it. It can't handle multiple cpu cores very well, multiple gpus very well and low level programming as well. That's why Intel, Microsoft and game developers are pushing DX12. When someone is buying a new card they need to know this.
