So right now I have 2x8gb corsair XM3 same speeds and everything but I also have 2x4gb laying around but they are different manufacturer and I think a tad slower than my corsair. So if I put in those extra memory cards to equal 2x8 + 2x4 = total 24gb of ram, would that benefit me at all. I know it defaults at lowest speed of ram and by adding the the 2x4 ram it would drop speed from
1333 to like 1000 or somethen near that. Would adding the extra 8gb do anything or just make it worse
