Solution
I can do much better, the 5820k performs the exact same for less, it is just last generation, meaning there will be a small difference, about 5%, but you save a tonne of cash.
You might also want to upgrade to 32GB of RAM.
I'll post a build in a sec.
Any reason for all the macro keys on the keyboard?
You'd be better off with a K70 imo.

Okay I will wait

Here you go, i've upgraded you to 32GB of RAM, better storage, and better headphones.
The HD 700s are a nice jump from the 650s. ;)

I honestly have not had mechanical keyboard before. That Corsair keyboard just looks really simple but powerful. I do not really need all the bells and whistles, such as macro keys.

But you have 6700K yourself :p, so I kind of want the latest CPU. You see my monitor too, you like it?

The 6700k is not the latest for a start. it is a quad core hyperthreaded CPU, which is all well and good, but the 5820k is a 6 core hyperthreaded, meaning it has 12 threads as a pose to 8, which will be great for streaming and rendering.
I have that monitor and it's great, but feel free to get the Dell S2716DG for $200 less if you want to save a bit and get a TN monitor.
There is also a non-GSync version of the XB271HU called the XF270HU for $520 if you want.
