i have msi 970a-g43 plus i have oc genie in bios i belive i had it working maybe not tho. but everytime i turn it on in bios and reboot i get 99 on but right coner im i doing something wrong o cpu is 1090t running 16g corsair vengeance bios v 1.1

I would do the overclocking yourself as oc genies put a lot of unnecessary voltage on the cpu. Second, the mb vrms are not actively or passively cooled so you need to be careful with that. I personally would not bother with overclocking on this motherboard.

ok all im really trying to do is get my cpu multiplier to hold at 16x not go from 4x8x12x
and i have turn off quite cooling mode,and rebooted sys get post up to 99 on buttom right on screen.
