Gtx 750 ti or amd rx 460 ( 2gb editions)

I am looking to buy a budget gpu.
Which one should i choose gtx 750 ti or rx 460
i will be using it with i5 3570 and 10gb ram
there is no difference in price in my region
also if any other good gpu in same budget
at last what psu will be required for good peformance from them

RX 460 performs better than GTX 750 Ti but RX 460 is an equivalent to GTX 950 so RX 460 is your way to go.

Absolutely the RX 460 , far better card.
There are a lot of bus powered models that can be run on sub a 400w psu , these cards have a 72w power draw.

What PSU do you actually own?
