Which Am3+ Good for Overclocking Fx-6300?

Im currently using a Fx6300 with a Msi 970A-G43 Motherboard
I have done some research and knew that the 970A-G43 doesnt have VRM and is a bad choice for Overclocking.
Im planning to get a ID Cooling 120L/240L(Base on the budget I left) too as the cooler after i changed my board and start oc ing
Is a Gigabyte 970A Gaming nice motherboard to overclock?

The MSI MB should be fine to oc the fx6300, and you may use either methods to cool the VRMs: 1) buy the heatsinks if you can find them, like https://www.moddiy.com/products/Passive-Heatsink-MOSFET-Chipsink-9mm-%252d-Blue.html?gclid=CPWK2Nu0xs8CFQpahgodXwILzw 2) or use the small fan like this http://www.overclockers.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=135114&d=1384710155
And you can buy the new MB like the ga 970 gaming MB, but recommend don't buy the new MB for your fx6300, except it is supper low price.

What if I say I can sell my current mobo to my friend?
Is the Ga 970 Gaming a goos choice to oc?

If you can sell the MSI one, then do it. And buy the ga 970a gaming MB, yes, it is good enough for the fx6300, even good for the fx8320 too. And don't worry about the vote down.

Btw do the liquid cooling with 120mm fan and 240mm have a big gap?
Im planning to get ID Cooling's one.
And also planning to change psu since the one I using Im having a serious cable management problem with it, Im picking between Super flower silver 550W and Corsair Cx650M, which is better?

For your fx6300, either 120mm or 240mm are good, and there is not big gap, because the fx6300 has lower TDP.

For the PSU, Super flower silver 550W, but you may pay lot more on it.

What's the difference between Ga 970 Gaming and Ga 970 Gaming Sli?
I looked for a few shop's price list and I can't find any Ga 970 Gaming Sli MoBo, is it same if i get Ga 970 Gaming?

They are almost same, but the one you want to buy can only CF the AMD gpu, the other one can either CF or sli. Sorry about that.

I have look for the SLI version a while and notice the price for a SLI is almost same with a 990FX, I want to know is the price in your country different a lot or just a little?Because Im planning to Sli gtx970 in the future which I can get 2nd Gtx970 from my friends

Which 990fx? the 990fx can either cf or sli. Those GA MB did run out in USA, and the newer AMD cpu, Zen, will come out soon. I recommend to hold on your upgrade until the Zen, and check how it works, better or something else.
