Hello, Everyone

So I got a new GTX 1070 and i slapped it in my PC and it freezes my bios i don't even make it to the splash screen. So after doing some searching around, there were suggestions to update the BIOS.

Which brings me to my next problem my bios update for the MSI x79A-GD65 (8D) just contains an .exe which is odd to me because I'm familiar with their also being an actual file that's is the update along with the .exe

So I read the instruction where i got the bios which happened to be of course only two lines with no detail which happened to be put the files on a usb and launch it so that's what i did. And it didn't work and it bricked my bios.

So i switched to my second bios and am not sure how to continue I've done this before with mflash but as far as i know mflash uses that one file that's missing. Every tutorial includes those files or is really old so I'm not sure what to do.

Any help would be great i kind of want something to go on before i brick my last bios LOL

Specs
CPU i7 3820k
GPU Currently GTX 670
PSU OCZ 850 Watt Gold
RAM G.Skill 32Gb
MB MSI x79A-GD65 (8D)

G.) Once it booted successfully switch to the bad bios a without powering down or rebooting
H.) Now follow the directions and let the tool flash the bad bios with version 4.8
I.) After flashing reinstall ME drivers in Windows: http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_me_x79mb_81.zip
