I had gtx 570 and now i upgraded to gtx 960 4gb, but i don't see any difference about it, i mean i have the same fps as before. What does that mean?

Solution

I believe those games rely on good single core performance. That might explain the issue since the fx 8320 is maybe holding you back in those games. Games which are more gpu heavy should see better fps.

When you are testing do you have vsync on? If you do, your fps will be capped so if you were getting 60 fps before you'll still be at 60fps now.
