Is Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 - Low Noise enough?

I own it and it is very quiet. I cannot hear it above my case fans (http://www.corsair.com/en/air-series-af120-quiet-edition-high-airflow-120mm-fan) Cooling performance is also very good, with my i5 3470 never going above 60c.

It is a little old, and there are better options available today for less. So unless you can get it for a sweet price I would rather consider other coolers.
