It's a bit complicated but I'll put it down into as few words as possible.
I upgraded my PC from this:
Mobo: Foxconn 2ABF
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6450
CPU: Intel Core i3 2100
4 GB Ram
PSU: Stock 300W
To this:
Mobo: ASRock H61-VG4
GPU: Nvidia GTX 950 Armor 2X
CPU: The same
8 GB Ram
PSU: EVGA 400W
So today when I replaced the motherboards,I noticed that the chassis fan cable couldn't reach the 4pin connector to the mobo.So I just removed it and placed it near the CPU fan, like 1mm apart from each other.Started up the PC and heard too much noise from the CPU fan and high speed spinning.I managed to go to BOOT menu and lower the speed of the fans from Level 10 to Level 1.The thing is that whenever I play a game the CPU fan starts spinning too fast again. Is it because the fans are near to each other, thus making the air to move more difficult inside ? Or is it just something else ?
