Good mature rpg?

I'm looking for a good RPG with a mature storyline in a sci-fi setting. Not Skyrim or the witcher.

Turn based combat would be nice; however, i'd like a story that feels bleack, dark. Maybe even a system that doesn't give you infinite time to evolve your characters.

Well Mass effect is like that, you can pause while combat and give out orders, there is a trilogy on sale for 9.50 at the moment.

Deadspace series, though not an RPG, the 3rd one almost kinda is.

There arent a ton of sci-fi RPGs though, or even turn based ones.

Something in Warhammer 40k universe is probably up your alley.

I already played the mass effect games. I could never get into warhammer either. Are the persona games any good?

Deus-Ex Mankind Divided is another RPG in fantasy setting.

Fallout 3 or 4 seems to fit or wasteland 2 if you want an older feel with proper turn based combat.
